The Windows version of Publish or Perish is available for download by following the instructions below. The download package contains an installer for Microsoft Windows and is digitally signed by Tarma Software Research Ltd.

Note: The Publish or Perish software installer does NOT require administrator rights. You can install the Publish or Perish software on your computer even as a non-privileged user.

Publish or Perish is provided courtesy of Harzing.com. It is free for personal non-profit use; please refer to the End User License Agreement for the full licensing terms and conditions.

System requirements

Check that your computer meets the following minimum system requirements:

Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, and 11, including x64 and Server editions.
Some memory (enough to run the operating system, not much more).
Some hard disk space (ditto).
An Internet connection.

Installation instructions

Start the PoP8Setup.exe installer by double-clicking on the file that you just downloaded. On most systems, a security warning dialog box will now appear that looks like one of the following.

Windows 10 (1607 update and later):

Windows 10 (original) and Windows 8.x:

Windows 7:

Click Run or Continue or Yes after you have verified that the publisher's name is Tarma Software Research Ltd.

(Note: Before 15 August 2014, our installers were signed by Tarma Software Research Pty Ltd; these are also fine.)

The installer will now start. Follow the instructions on the screen to confirm your acceptance of the license agreement and to install the Publish or Perish software on your computer.

Note: If you have an earlier version of Publish or Perish on your computer, it will be automatically removed before the new version is installed. Your queries are preserved during the upgrade process.

After installation, you can start to Publish or Perish through the Windows Start menu: click on the Start menu button, then All Programs, then Publish or Perish 7.

If you ever need to remove the Publish or Perish software from your system, use the Add/Remove Programs control panel.

Syariah Islam tentu akan menyetop bisnis mafia senjata yg berkisar 100 Milyar USD bila digunakan untuk agresi negara lain demi BBM yg menyebabkan kerusakan di muka bumi, menewaskan dan mengalirkan darah orang tak bersalah.

Bila politik Islam telah exist, sebagai tonggak yang menentang dekadensi pornografi, maka bisnis mafia pornografi yg mencapai 400 Milyar USD akan lenyap. Hal ini akan menyebabkan surutnya situs situs internet yang berbasis pornografi.

Perjudian juga terkena dampaknya. Karena syariah Islam melarang judi dan sejenisnya, sehingga lenyap pula bisnis judi yang beromzet 110 Milyar USD per tahun.

Bila dunia menerima asas Islam yang berpegang bahwa kecantikan perempuan adalah hak pribadi perempuan yg tdk boleh dipamerkan, maka mafia bisnis pornografi selanjutnya akan kehilangan 100 Milyar USD juga.

Kaum mafia di pihak lain telah membeli media massa internasional agar terus menyebarkan tuduhan bahwa orang muslim adalah teroris. Maka tumbuh berkembanglah mafia bisnis media massa dengan curahan dana dari jaringan mafia tsb.

Mereka telah bergerak di berbagai belahan dunia terus melemparkan tuduhan keji bahwa Islam adalah teror. Mereka, sejalan dengan itu, terus menerus memelihara kegiatan teror. Dan teror yg mereka ciptakan, mereka beri label 'teror Islam'.

Semua lalu berkata dengan satu slogan bahwa Islam itu extrimist. Dengan tujuan ini mereka terus mempengaruhi sebagian ummat Islam dengan kucuran dana berlimpah untuk mendukung mereka.

Padahal Islamlah yang berkata: siapa yang membunuh satu orang tanpa dosa maka ia telah membunuh seluruh ummat manusia. Bagaimana mungkin agama yang cinta damai menjadi agama yang extrim?

Wahai manusia. Hindarilah fanatik buta dengan tuduhan keji kepada Islam. Bukalah mata kalian, bukalah relung hati kalian, bukalah telinga kalian… Apakah gerangan yg membawa kalian menjauh dari Kalam Allah Yang Maha Perkasa?

Apasih kecerdikan mereka sehinga berani menuduh bahwa Islam itu teror?

Ya, itulah akibat terus terperdaya, sehingga tersesat.
