This is Morphology Assignment for all Pak Faizal's classes 2022.

Your assignment is making morphemic cutting/ IC analysis. Study This PPT File or this Video File

study these 8 words:

your assignment is to find out:

1. how many morphemes of those words

2. the category of part of speech of every morpheme

3. making the tree diagram of each words IC Analysis or morphemic cutting.

For example

the word UNBREAKABLE

first find the root: BREAK. then decide the morphological process of this word. you may check https://www.etymonline.com/  to find the root and the morphological process. 

on the dictionary we find: UN+BREAKABLE and BREAKABLE can be divided into BREAK+ABLE

so the analysis will be:

UNBREAKABLE: UN+BREAKABLE ----UN+BREAK+ABLE : There are 3 morphemes

BREAK: Verb, BREAKABLE: Adjective, UNBREAKABLE: Adjective
